"Mischelle planned my Mexico bday trip and it was nothing but AMAZING!! She was a rockstar, we had to change our resort 3 times because of the covid situation, but she made the process seamless! We just got back on the 4th and we stayed at the Hard Rock hotel in Riviera Maya. The staff was super friendly and the food was even better. With the pandemic going on, they made sure to keep a safe environment and sanitized everything before and after use. Would definitely recommend both, the resort and Mischelle!! We’re already ready for our next trip!"
